The Asia-Pacific’s leading HR event is back!  Covering the hot issues and challenges facing today’s HR leaders, HR Summit 06 provides a program designed to accelerate and boost your career. HR Summit 06 is coming to Sydney on 7-8 March 2006 and Melbourne on 3-4 October 2006.

MERRY CHRISTMAS
End-of-year work ‘break-up parties’ are not as simple as they once were. If unsavoury behaviour occurs, the employer is responsible. And serious complaints can follow. It is critical that HR takes a lead role in setting the party up in such a way that problems are minimised.

TODAYS WORKFORCE
There are a number of factors behind the composition of today’s workforce.  One developing trend is the increase in the move away from traditional employment to the flexibility of free agent and entrepreneurial lifestyles.
